THROWBACK THE DUCK PREMIERS
E-mpire Network Progress Set Back 20 Years

LAKELAND, Florida - July 25, 2006 - Lame Duck Studio in conjunction with E-mpire Ltd. Co. is proud to present the world premier of Throwback the Duck: A 'Back Story exclusively on the E-mpire Online Network. A 'Back Story sets the stage for the upcoming Throwback the Duck animated adventure series by tracing the life story of self-proclaimed "Game Master" and all-around has-been Throwback the Duck.

In the prequel episode, viewers follow Throwback from humble farmland beginnings to his rise to "power" in the video game world and beyond. Along the way, the feathered hero will meet a diversified cast of oddball characters with plenty of quirks of their own. Get ready for an entertaining romp through 80's culture as the celebration of video gaming lore begins.

After enjoying the prequel episode, please look forward to the upcoming Throwback the Duck series coming this fall. Throwback the Duck is created and directed by E-mpire's own David Gornoski. Its elegant art and animation is the work of animator Arthur Gil Larsen. The two individuals have combined their respective talents with a unique cast of voice actors to produce an exciting new show for Internet users around the world.
