Sega is the most unlucky company in the gaming Inustry. They work hard but still people choose the bigger guys over the Sega consoles. Dream Cast had a great start but all that died as stupid gamers saw Sonys lowsy platform that can play DVDs. This death only worsen Sega position in the gaming world Sega had nothing else to depend on if there platform failes. Sega is a true gaming company much like Nintendo, $ony and Micro$oft only want the extra $$$. Sega and Nintendo both depend on there games to make a profit they have no huge monopoly computer company to fall back on. I am surpried that Sega is even still in the gaming busines after so much misfortine you would thik that Sega would have called this loss quits. But they did not and will now make there mark on all the other consoles.

I think the Sega Dreamcast was the most underappreciated system ever made. Every time a good game came out for it, some playstation or nintendo fanboy tried to compare it to a game on their system to prove they are better. When a good game comes out, regardless of the system it is on, people should be happy that we are able to experiece them.
More importantly, when an icon in the gaming industry and an innovater dies, the whole gaming community should be sad.

Sega and Nintendo are the last companies for Hardcore Gamers like us. Sony ruined it all when they introduced Gaming as a cool/pop culture thing to do. I agree with sn0man that both MS and Sony are in it for the extra money. anyways, that is why I feel that GCN will be the last bastian for Hardcore Gamers! but until then, we Hardcore Gamers will be happy with a sweet machine like the DC.

    LONG LIVE THE BIG 'N'

And may Isao Okawa RIP, you will be missed
