ok for all u newbies out there who r just saying that x-box is gonna suck and don't back that up with an opinion i think ur retarded i also think it will suck but i have my reasons and i'm gonna post my reason

1. ok one they r claiming 300 million polys per second and with 6 gflops that is phyisically impossible

2.63meg of rambus ram is a lot worse then 42meg of 1t-sram 1y-sram is A LOT faster then x-boxes ram

3. 733mhz conpared to a gekko 405 mhz the gekko is a G4 chip and if u make that 405mhz equivalent to a pentium chip that's about 1 ghz and because it's modified it will probably be like 1.5 ghz

4. gamecube .18 copper transfers fastest in the world without over heating x-box uses aluminum which transfers very slugishley and gets over heated fast

5. gamecube uses an art-x chip one of the leading world graphics chip desighners with 11gflops alot better then x-box 6 gflops
the nVida graphics chip has never been used so it's a gamble and they don't really know wut it can do

6. 1'st party games nintendo has the best 1'st party games

7. all of the developers u listed or almost all of them are 3'rd parties meaning they r probably making games for all systems

8. developers r saying that gamecube is the easiest chip they've worked with they say that a job which would take 3 months takes 1 minth on the gamecube

9. x-box doesn't eaven kow they're own specs they change it all the time
like for example the compression started at 4:1 then went to 8:1 and now its 6:1 looks like thay don't eaven know theyre own system

10. they're not eaven making they're own controler they r getting a 3'rd party to do it

11. nintendo invented everything for controlers
they invented:
shoulder buttons
the d-pad
the dimond shape button layout
analog
analog buttons ( gamecube )
and eaven the z trigger

12. nintendo has some nice 2'nd part support

nintendo has faster clock frequency, easy to make games for, good graphics, oooooo to lazy to list the ways it beats x-box in if u read the article then u would know

i think ir ead that is was at IGN, but that is because the x-box isnt released. I'm not saying that will be betetr, but it isn't completley fair to judge.
