Cap the collector

I got GTA: VC about a few months ago and beat every mission I could find. Eventually, I quit because I couldn't find anything to do, which I found odd becaue I never got to see an ending cut scene. I found out what was wrong, I missed a mission called "Cap the collector". I've been looking for it for the past day. Can somebody tell me where the pink mission circle is?

It was outside of the Printing Press, apparentl I had to waste 600 bucks at the stip joint to get it. After I came out I got a call. Just beat it too, damn Lance.
