$10.00 for THPS3

I was looking at the Circuit City add that comes in the paper every Sunday and I saw that Circuit City is selling THPS3 for only $10.00. They are only selling it this cheap for the PS2 version though. So if your a PS2 gamer and don't have THPS3 yet then go down and pick it up.

Why hasn't GTA III made the list yet? It's been the top selling game for months in a row. All they need to qualify is sell 400,000 copies... hasn't it reached that mark yet?
