I think this game is definitely something to watch out for. This is coming from the PGR developers, Bizarre Creations so that's definitely some good news for fans of the PGR series on the Xbox. Then you have Activision saying:

Bizarre is a solid company, and I still think they have made the best car games this gen so far. I am def looking forward to what they have to offer I haven't missed a game of theirs yet since Dreamcast.

http://www.vg247.com/2010/03/03/repo...e-online-free/According to a report from MTV Multiplayer, Blur is to become the first game ever that will let Silver Xbox Live members have permanent access to a full game's multiplayer. The article says members of the lower tier of Live can challenge each other in the racer, although if they can race with Gold members remains to be seen.
As well as that, the game's Twitter system is free to use without Gold or Silver. When the service was introduced last October onto 360 itself, only Gold members could use the service.Just to be sure, we've sent an email out to Activision to confirm this. The game was confirmed yesterday to get a May 28 release in the UK for PS3, 360 and PC.
A 360-exclusive multiplayer beta kicks off on Tuesday.

Watched the Quick Look at Giantbomb... and must say, I am disappointed somehow. It looks like a mixture between Burnout and Wipeout with "real" cars. But it doesn't have the feeling of speed which either Burnout or Wipeout give you. It seems really slow. (well, I might add, that I don't like those kind of games either, but that shouldn't disqualify myself from having an opinion either).
Kept you waiting
Dont do it guys! Dont give Activision your money![]()
Oh, I didn't even think of that...
so... I rather get Split/Second than this^^ if anything at all :O

Recently Bizarre Creations announced that there is no DLC for Blur in development, but they do have plans for DLC in the future. According to lead designer Ged Talbot, throughout the year or more of development not a single team has worked on any sort of DLC.
Bizarre Creations assures everyone that DLC is coming, just not on the release day. So everyone who buys the game will have to be happy with the 50 cars and 30 racing locales coming on the disc for a little while. (As well as pre-order bonuses depending on where you buy the game.
