  1. E3: Turtle Power Returning to Gamecube - First Details

<P>The next Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game, appropriately named Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2 (TMNT 2), will be hitting Gamecube, Playstation 2, Xbox, GBA and PC this October. Konami has finally listened to their fans and decided to add a 4 player co-op mode.</P>
<P>"The incredible appeal and popularity of the Ninja Turtles transcends generations, thanks to the current re-launch of the franchise and the mass appeal of the original series," said Erica Mason, product manager, Konami Digital Entertainment - America. "With Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2, our team has been able to create a hugely entertaining game that recreates the excitement of the renowned series through four-player cooperative gameplay which will excite both younger and older fans of the beloved franchise."</P>
<P>TMNT 2 will be accompanied by full voice-overs from their animated TV show on FoxBow. You'll be able to take control of Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael - all have their own distinct set of moves. The game has two modes; Story and Nexus Battle. The story mode is based on the cartoon show on FoxBox while Nexus Battle allows for head-to-head action. And of course your favorite arch-enemy, Shredder, is back.</P>
<P>You'll also have the option to unlock one of the older arcade games, too much nostalgia too handle.&nbsp;</P>

I played the demo on the MKDD bonus disc and kinda thought the game was too repetitive.

    May Peace Be With You

  4. I hated the first one. It was monotonous, uninteresting, and worst of all, it didn't include 4 players. That's insane. Every single TMNT game should have that no matter the case. Even if everything else was decent, I wouldn't bother to rent it if the multi-player wasn't up to par. Since now they have it, I could see myself enjoying it a lot more then I did before.

  5. Yea, thats why I'm glad this one actually has four player. I couldn't beleive it when the first one didn't, four player made the arcade version so great.
