i don't think there is a set date. but we got to see about 30 minutes of gameplay on the 360 and it was impressive. the lip sycning and some of the actions were a bit meh, but i am now interested in this game.

^lol...... you actually thought that way back when?....

i've always thought this game had potential from the moment they debuted the tech demo of it........amazing system they've built.

and the game looks very promising so far.

It looks good and I like the art-style, not a huge fan of the guns though.
I know it's just a video, but you don't feel the "impact" and they sound horrible.
Everything is kinda floaty, dunno if I will actually have fun playing that.

The overall sounds are good, I'm just talking about the weapons, they just don't have any "punch" in them.
Of course, judging from the video, but it just didn't feel right to me.

I hope I'm wrong, because the rest looks very interesting

  12. It's sad how jaded I've become towards shooters lately because that did absolutely nothing for me at all. All I could think was "*yawn*, same old same old....And why is it when you hit someone , nothing happens....and he rockets a monster, no pieces, no blood, instead ragdolls just kick in, feels like he is made of tough clay...".
I'm not gonna post here again with my negative on it But I felt so jaded towards it after watching it that I wanted to express it.

I did like the knife throw decapitation though.

Feeling the same way about this at the moment. I was actually quite excited about this one maybe a year or so ago, but now I'm not all that bothered by it. Looks nice and all, just guess I'm getting bored of scopey lookey bang bang kaboom games.

I gotta be honest after Portal 2, I think i'm burnt out on shooters. SOCOM 4 is sucking balls, I don't really want to revisit KZ3 and this just looks like hey its guns and bullets!

  17. Gears 3 is very nice. From what I've seen this game will be a good change of pace also

looks pretty fucking good to me.

    Superb!!!

    - The AI looks damn good. When he shoots the guy in the leg and the enemy tries to hop away from him on one leg was just funny as hell. Taking cover, destroying your tech and trying to flank you all looked pretty good.

    - The vehicle gameplay also looks damn good which was my one big concern.

    - Lots of tech and gadgets to play with like RC car, spider walker, turret and who knows what else gives it a more tactical feel.

    - Hit detection looked pretty good.

I cant wait to see the multiplayer reveal especially if there are big ass maps with the awesome vehicle combat. Sorry haters but as good as Battlefield 3, Resistance 3 and whatever the new COD looks like i see them having a tough time topping this.
