    I vote NO btw.
You are too much of a Sony fanboy, which is not a bad thing but you being a mod would mean even MORE one sided opinion at the forum (since most 'slightly anti-sony' posts would disappear ¬_&#172.

umm no its here in order to start debate.

and in reply to the bold.

BS... both viper and lalu can attest to my passionate feeling about media manipulation and censorship. more so than some meaningless console war.

Although grammar isn't really indicative of whether or not you'd be a good moderator..you could stand to work on it.

If only unimcumbered was a word.

..Maybe you should slow it down a little.

Ahh hell why not. Although this place doesn't need a lot of modding, really.

I think we need a sticky about the correct use of the word "bias." It's a noun. For an adjective, you can use "biased." You can have a bias or biases, but you can only be "bias" if that's your name. I think there was a basketball player named Len Bias (sp?) once.

Really, I should be a mod--not with the power to ban users or close threads, but with a universal edit function. I would roam the forum, quietly applying my talents, making even the quickest-posting user appear a master of the written word. Our forum's reputation around the net would grow as rumor spread: "There's a forum without a single grammar error!" New users would flood to PSI and watch as their terrible sentences were magically transformed into cogent thoughts. Soon, I would quit my job, dedicating all waking hours to the ideal of a more perfect forum. As my fame grew, I would become indispensable to E-mpire, a kind of living legend, a freak people came to watch and test, dangling modifiers my way to see if I'd snap. Eventually, growing tired of my limited abilities, I would use my status to demand super-moderator powers. At last, as my emaciated body began to starve to death, I would thrust USB cables through my nose and into my brain. Free from my mortal coil, I would no longer be satisfied to merely edit all your posts. I would begin to write them for you--preempting your thoughts. I would BECOME the forum!

With nothing left to post, you would all be free from your addiction to the internet and gaming. Unburdened, you would stumble back into the real world, discovering yourselves talented and potent. You would contribute to a glut of new discoveries--cures for cancer and AIDS, who shot JFK, how to urinate without splashing. Finally, you would reflect upon the circumstances which led to your brave new world, your era of shared peace and happiness. Then you would remember me, and I would still be here. And as you were dying I'd STILL BE ALIVE. And after you had died, I'd STILL BE ALIVE...

    This is a triumph.

    lol. good post.

    PS.
...I would become indespensible to E-mpire...
    it happens. no biggie.
it is English's chaotic spelling, not you.

  20. You don't vote for mod.

There's a special kind of nerd though, who thinks computers will overtake mankind in thirty years, changing humanity in ways incomprehensible to us now, ignoring the third of the world without electricity. It gives spiritual significance to technology developed primarily for entertainment and warfare and gives nerds something to obsess over that isn't the crushing vacuousness of their lives.
