    New Fallout 3 images

Bethesda sent out a Press release with new images.

We have uploaded them to the image page for Fallout 3

I also uploaded all the concept art and a few older images.

For those that don't want to venture to the link, here are the four new images.

I hope that is not a redesigned vault suit (with a backwards belt no less) in the first picture. And it looks like the camera gets dirty in this game.

  3. I haven't played the first two games but this looks interesting.
I think the third screenshot has a cool look to it.

exactly the same situation here. What systems were Fallout 1 and 2 on anyway?

  9. PC.

    I got Fallout2 now, it's worth getting.

A bit of a pain at first though, it demands time and attention like a little baby but instead of crying and pooping, it kills you and makes you figure out stuff on your own.

After restarting about 7 times everything finally clicks and you enjoy the game.
Well, enjoy it after a few hours of play.

I had a feeling it was on PC. What was that PC ehck up site you used to see if you could run Bioshock?

    I got Fallout2 now
    and just how so lol?

What exactly is this game though, a RPG FPS?

And how are the graphics and quality becuase for osme reason now, as much as i played my 360, i really odnt like playing old games, especially on my PS2 anymore...

  11. It's an RPG apparently.
Combat works great, it's turn based but the good kind.

    Graphics and quality?
Graphics- They get the job done superbly, nice detail on most stuff, varied textures/ items etc
    Makes you feel immersed.

It's not ugly the way bad graphic games are ugly on the PS2.
It's hard for me to comment though- I don't care about graphics.

Basically if you are looking for a good game, get it.

    It's only 680MB or something...¬_¬

Fallout 2 came out two years before the Playstation 2 existed. So don't expect a graphical juggernaut.

  14. It also was made by different people, the license was bought from Interplay and Bethesda Softworks now owns all the rights to it. It is actually going to be more like Oblivion in terms of how vast the worlds will be, but you can obviously see in a short time the guys at Bethsoft have done great things with this generation's visuals. It is unusual to see Bethsoft make so many top games in a short time span, but I guess when you start making more money developing for consoles then you can afford to.
