    480x272 Full Res Video

    I'm currently at firmware 3.03 and am going to pick up GTA this weekend to downgrade the firmware and then upgrade it to 3.03 OE-C. I was wondering if anyone knew of any good programs to encode videos to full 480x272 resolution because PSP Video9 doesn't as of yet and I'd like to start encoding a few before I do the upgrade. Thanks in advance.

    no problem, happy to help.

    remember when viewing it, change the mode to '"fullscreen" and it will display normally in native res.
