creating a multinational PS3

OK im trying to figure out how to setup my PS3 so i can have a Japan user to get access to Japans servers. any hints?

Edit: when you get to the part where you need to enter a address you can use google earth to find it.

I can't find anything... I want to set it up, someone post up a link or help out in some way.

Edit: Okay.. so you just create a new account, then go to network log-in, and set it up as Japan.

Although I can't change it to english, and just figured everything out up to the address entry, got that, now what is it asking for?

Edit 2: it wants some 10 digit number and a bunch of other things... I have no idea what it wants from me, perhaps my soul.

I have a hong kong one, but... I only has GTHD videos, not the demo.
