Baseball is quite poissibly the most boring sport ever. The only time I can remember it being VAGUELY interesting was when the Red Sox came back to win it against the Yankees in '04.

Both teams played hard, but both were odd fits in the World Series if you ask me (altho some would argue that the Tigers' record disputes that). Anyway, congrats to the St. Louie-louie.
