Say i want my alarm to go off at 5:25 and last untill 5:26, then the number in the notepad file should look like this 05:25:0005:26:00
Almost correct there Vejita. The .txt file contains all the diffrent times, you want it to alert you. example: This setup will alert me at 5:55, 6:45 and 22:00. you just copy/paste the white block inbetween times, to add more.
The duration and tone of the alarm, can be changed in the menu.
P.S. I recommend this alarm tone, as it always gets me up in the morning. Just convert it to .wav, and it works.
^Yeah, the way i set it up, the alarm went off at both 5:25 and 5:26, not starting at 5:25 and finishing at 5:26
I don't know if you guys noticed or not but see if you can spot the error... (ill give you guys a clue soon)
Watch the video if you have it, might help you out. Oh by the way i had trouble finding the mgs4 thread, sorry about posting a new thread :P
Its hard to notice now if you don't know what to look for, but once you know, it really stands out (especially on the videos).
Hint: Look at both images!
The shadows of the window are missing on his face?
This is the life we chose, the life we lead...and there is only one guaranty...
...None of us will see heaven!
The shadows the window should cast are not missing on Snake because the light on him comes from above, not from the window. Just check when Otacon / MG Mark II gives him the magazine clip: the self-shadowing shadows of Snake's weapon and arms come from above and the opposite side, which is the same light you see on him when he's sneaking through the window (have you noticed his dilating/contracting pupil? And most importantly, the light on the left side of his face while the window is on the right?). The light on the exterior of the window comes from above too, and it doesn't go through it.
I'm sure there are some errors, bugs, stuff that needs work, etc. But who cares! It's not that it's going to be released anytime soon, it is early in development yet, even more by the time this teaser was made last summer.
What a pointless thread BTW. This should have been in the MGS4 thread, really. You could have found it very easily in the archives.

Let me guess, it's something obscure such as his nose not properly casting a shadow.
I think the fact hardly anyone has noticed it means barely anyone will notice in game when theyre concentrating on whats happening
Is he missing a moustache in the first pic?? How would that be posible, I think it's just low quality. You also can see his cigarette, or his gun...
What is it?

as far as something missing I don't know....seems to me like something is added...like a face (about 1 and a half to 2 inches tall) in the lower left corner of the first screen. See it? Maybe it's just nothing though. But it looks to be in the style of the familiar metal gear solid sketches.
EDIT: well it looks like his mustache may be missing in the first pic...but then what would that have to do with the second pic since you cant even see below his nose?
his ear maybe?

I'll tell you what's missing......a point.
The photos are just too blurry and the fence is blocking most of his face in the first one which defeats the purpose of posting a closeup as a second pic for comparison.
I got it!
He's not smoking.....now there is somethign definately wrong there!
No, no see...he could very well have a fat one between his lips but it's probably hidden behind that fence post.Originally Posted by Dude
