Killer Instinct

Is anyone here familiar w/ the game, I am. It was pretty cool until they stoped making it when Killer Instinct Gold came out for N64. I kept waiting for years for Konami to make another one and just want to know what you think. Should they continue making it and for what system? I vote they make it for Gamecube since it has been on Nintendo consols in the past. But if it came out for any other system i would get that system.
