    It's called Shikigami No Shiro 2. It's a top down view / upward scrolling shooter like Ikaruga and available on both the Cube and the Xbox in Japan. It's one of the most popular games of it's type right now in Japan and I believe based on a Japanese anime. The box also includes a stuffed toy cat.
