I saw a kid in the mall today playing NES Mario with a 64 controller. It was a plug and play thing. I was like "I dont remmeber anything about this.."

These things are selling like hotcakes over here. I'd have a guess and say that there are about 12 games on it. After the 12th 13-399 are all poor dublicates.

are there really nintendo games in this? Howcome we never heard of this before.

I think it's stupid Nintendo would do this with Revolution offering downloads in the future. They could lose alot of potential profits.

It's just a poor emulator. These things have been around for about 2 years now, they're even selling them at a huge stall in my local shopping centre. Nintendo surely know about them....

I last played Super Mario on one of them.

Bit like this really, but Namco would have gave this the go ahead...

They do the same thing on imported fireworks. You see porn and Resident Evil concept pictures on the cover.

I informed Nintendo about a store in my local mall.

They were fined and closed down.

Yes, those devices are very illegal.

Call Nintendo and get those dicks shut down.

    I bought one once...

And had damn good fun for about a year with it... but then it started experiencing graphical glitches to the point where it was un-playable. It's basically just a plug n' play emulator packed with about 70 real games... and like, 5000 crappy spin-offs, some of which are horribly funny. (Noteworthy is a game in which you are Pikachu and you jump around on vines trying to escape a "female" white Pikachu AND avoid glitches at the same time! It had me crying I was laughing so hard when my friend and I tried to beat it.) It's not really expensive (around $30, if I remember correctly) and I thought it was worth it... but I admit that it IS just another crappily made plastic doo-dad from China... so don't expect a warranty. I wasn't aware that it was illegal however. Oh well. Anyway, to the point. It's a pretty novel thing, and for those who's NES' never really worked... (Damn you ebay... DAMN YOU!) I actually recommend it... (Duck Hunt is awesome!

Graphics... 3/10 (It's a Buggy NES emulator. 'Nuff said.)
    Sound... 3/10 (See above comment.)
    Value... 9/10
Replay Value... 8/10 (There really ARE a lot of games on it...)
    Quality... 1/10
    ---------------
Overall... 7/10 (Not an average, dumbass)

Well, that's my two cents anyway.

Edit'd: Not to say that these things are morally correct. Yeah, they are emulators and no, they're not OK'd by Nintendo... so, well whatever. All I'm saying is sometimes useless crap can be fun, that's all.

I would actually say that it's probably from Korea, not China. They have like 30 different companies here that make these and in the Korean stores, they have a whole section devoted to these crappy NES emulators...

Hmmm... I think I seen that N64 one before.....

Worst (full stop) Thing (full stop) Ever (full stop)

  17. I love how the buttons are aligned

  18. I bought that thing, piece of junk. The gun broke already as did the Sega controller thing. It is all to light and the controller buttons would be better suited for a (something ghey) than what they are intended for.

Good thing it was only ten bucks or I would have sued someone for the boredom levels I faced playing this hunk of monkey shit.

  19. yeah that looks not so fun

I want to buy one of those. At my mall there's a stand and I played Contra on it for 20 minutes. It was great.
