  1. Did Burnout live up to Mommy and Daddy?

Who bought it? I read one stinky review from IGN, 3.5, and decided against spending cash.

I knew it would suck from the first screen shot. Damn EA porting shit as much as it can.

i knew this game would fail, kinda like how bad Ridge Racer was on the DS. If you have a PSP then get it for that and please EA dont do this again because this game was terrible. I tried it for the DS just to see how bad it was and it damn near made me cry....

  5. That sucks, EA needs to accually work on getting a good one out for the DS. I haven't played Burnout too much but I would be willing to try it if a good one came out for the DS.

  6. But sadly your dreams of playing a racing game that requires its players to sloodge is far off. I loved Burnout and to see the DS version suck so bad is just like being kicked in the nuts by your lawn chair.

Yeah, that's about how I felt about it. I own every Burnout game on the consoles and always enjoyed them, and it's a real disappointment to see the DS game suck so hard.

Hopefully developers (and retailers) will start focusing more on DS now that it's obvious DS is selling so much more than PSP.

    Thank you, thank you.

Hmm... so burnout for the DS sucks, man, I was thinking about getting it. Oh well, Mario Kart will satisfy my racing needs. It is supposed to get here any day now, I'll probably have it by the weekend!!!!! (Wipe that smirk of your face Mathx, I wasn't lying when I said I'd have to wait three weeks)

  10. Wow, I just encountered wild spam from dead718... Its a grass type.

    Did anyone here buy Burnout?

  11. ^ Wel, if anyone did, it sucks for them I suppose. But I would like to read a reader review of the game and know if it really blows that bad, but with ratings that low I'm sure it's somewhere in the ballpark.

It's too bad too, since I was seriously looking forward to this game and thinking about purchasing it if I happened to have extra cash after the holidays. It looked and sounded great (by sounded I mean the idea for the game, combining things from all three console burnouts....). Forget about it now though.

I don't understand how people could buy a version of a game they could buy on a home console they already own (in GC's case, Burnout 1 and 2) that's inferior in every way. No, portability isn't a valid argument.
