No, it can't, it's not compatible. It has to be either a Memory Stick Duo or Memory Stick Pro Duo.

Actually it says right on my PSP box (which is less than 1 foot from me) that it's either a Memory Stick Duo or Memory Stick Pro Duo. Regular Duo is the same size as Pro Duo, Duo has less of a transfer speed rate than Pro Duo.

Exactly. Or you could do that MS "Hack" or mod that allows you to use regular size (Bigger) Memory Sticks.....

Hmmmm, this is the first I've heard of this...please, tell me more.

    Ah, NM, already found it.

  14. Since we're on the subject of memmory sticks. Does any body know of were to buy Cheap Memory sticks for 256, 512, or 1Gb?

  15. www.zipzoomfly.com has really good deals, they have a 1gb for 67.00, it's out of stock though, you could back order it, which might take a wile, but still a good deal

  16. #16
WOW that HAS to bre a mistake. 1Gb for 67!!!? unheard of and its the same price as the 512MB. Has to be a mistake but If I get a chance I'm going to order it. They have to sell it to you for that price or its false advertising and they can get in trouble. So order away!! (save me one though )

  17. #17
well they went and corrected that in a hurry. $174.00 now :x told you it was a mistake.

  18. So, just so everyone's clear on this, the PSP can ONLY use Memory Stick Duo and Memory Stick Duo Pro.

These are the "shorter" series of memorysticks.

  19. LOL 2 GIG 400$!!!

  20. DUO DUO DUO

DUO is the key word people and DUO only doesn't matter where or what kind it has to be DUO! DUO cards work in PSP only, unless you use a hack device insert period. DUO DUO DUO
