My iPod just crapped out on me, so I have to send it into the shop (i.e. Best Buy) so they can send me a new one. So, I thought I'd take advantage of the fact that I have a PSP and use it to feed my music need. How ever, all the music I have is in the bum iTunes format (curse you Steve Jobs, thats twice you've gotten me!).
Anywho, this leads me to my next question, where can I find a file converter that can change .m4p files to .mp3 files? I've found a couple, but non of them suport .m4p files. This is making me pretty bummed out, I can't work without my LTJ Bukem.
Why aren't your iTunes files .mp3's? All the music in my iTunes library are mp3's. That's a little strange. I didn't know iTunes had it's own format. I've yet to see it.

There are a few MP3's, but those are the ones I ripped from CD's, the others are all ones I bought off iTunes.
Oh...well that's why. I haven't downloaded anything from iTunes yet. I've heard of .mp4, but not .m4p. I don't know of any programs that'll convert that file type. Anyone care to share their knowledge?the others are all ones I bought off iTunes.

Ah, awsome, I got 'em working. Thanks a bunch!
Does the current JHymn work with new Itunes? Because it says on the website that it is for the older version of itunes and they are working on the newer 4.7??? so I didn't bother downloading JHymn yet. I have Itunes 4.7
Well thats why you need to keep older version software.
