I was thinking about IBM and Sony's touting of the PS3's Cell archatecture. Now the PS3 is set to be heavly connected to the other PS3 and will be able to draw processing power from them..Hence the claim that it will be 100time more powerful than a Penitum 4 at 2.53 Ghz. An intersting commecnt was written by a PC fourmer from another site. See below.

100 times faster?... i dunno seems kinda pointless... as long as the load times are as fast as gamecube is now i dont mind and i dont need 6000 fps... if they just use the latest graphics chip id look just fine... they goin too far and its probably going to turn out like the XBOX... so expensive to manufacture that it actually costs more to make then it sells for...
