    Two Analogue sticks?

Do you think it would work better with two? I feel the second would get in the way.

    lol nice photoshop

Wouldn't even need Photoshop for that. Nice bit of copy and paste. At this late stage they won't change the design anyway, so you'll have to live with the one stick.

  4. I think that there are some improvements that could be made to the psp design but I think that sony is already satisfied with the design

how can it get in the way if there is not difenate place it would be because it is not real

  6. Might be better but it is 2 late too change it now the only problems will occur when playing some games.

  7. I don't think 2 would be right on a handheld 1 is fine

  8. You people are greedy.
Be satified with what you get! :P

  9. I wouldent like to play an fps on the psp with 1 analog stick but they would get around the problem.

    We are satisfied.

I remember the first time I saw the analog sticks on the PS1, they looked stupid and I was so sure they would never catch on, Sony have a way of doing things :?

    think i solved this already
you strafe and move forward and back with the analog and press L and R to turn...i think i spelled strafe correctly

  12. ahhh, good idea it may be possible and it probably would work but it would take getting used too.

  13. Every game takes some getting used to. This is a good idea if the developers use it

Yeah it is a neat idea, im sure Sony are upto something else with this, after all they dont want to just bring us another PS2.

I hope all the titles they confirmed launch over here too, there were about 70 new titles, id love to see new titles

What about....Look around with the analog, move up with triangle, down with x, and shoot with R or L?
That be the same setup as 007 for n64...I could live with that.

The only game that I think might be difficult to replicate on PSP due to only one analogue stick would be, "Ape Escape", but I'm sure there will be a way around this!

  17. Awww, Ape Escape rulz bigtime...

Yeah, they'll probably limit the movement or moves slightly in some way that doesn't matter. I think it's a shame that there won't be two analogue sticks. But you could always use the x,o,square, and triangle buttons as directional buttons with a bit of clever programming (not that clever). You could then use the analogue stick for movement, still be able to look around, and change weapons using up down left right etc.

It would make it difficult to play games like Socom in the same way as the Ps2 or anyting else. Still hope they'll change it.
The aim of an argument or discussion should not be victory, but progress

  20. They should have customisable controles so you can pick the way you want to play
