Which Next Gen Will come out FIRST????

From the looks at things, it look like Microsoft will release early inorder to get a head start on things.especially sony

im going to estimate X-Box 2 will be released fall 05 and Sony will release the Ps3 in 2006 March JPN

I voted for Xbox2 because that is the only one I know of that has SDK out right now.

I voted for X-BOX 2 beacause i also feel they will want to get a head start on sony but i'm not shore weather anyone knows when the N5 will be realeased.

i really think xbox will end up waiting to 2006 to make sure they are cometitive with sony otherwise im waiting till ps3 comes out anyways before i make my choice on any one of the 3 majors

obviously Xbox 2 will be out first.

PS3 and N5 will come out at roughly the same time in 2006. no more than 3-4 months apart.

In my opinion, and from what I've been reading, XBOX Next (or XBOX 2) will be released first. Probably (not sure of course) late 2005, with the PS3 following in early 2006.

i think that the N5 will be released first because their not releasing any type of information about it.

in some article way way back i was reading that it wont be a whole home console it would be an add-on for the gamecube. so if theat article is true then its already released.

but im not sure about that info. i'll have to see if i can find the article.

It seems that Microsoft is changing its strategy. Either they're sick of loosing millions of dollars or Ed Fries departure has anything to do with it. And Nintendo has confirm that they are releasing a successor to its GameCube. And they said that they are mostly focusing on innovation, instead of graphics.

Anyway, back to the original question. I too vote for Xbox Next. BTW, an add-on to add more graphic power to a console is not a very good idea.

I would have to go with the Xbox 2, for the same reason as Josh has stated, also, they've given us previews of XNA pretty early as well.

I speculate that If X-box 2 Comes out first then Xbox wil be less powerful and if Ps3 comes out last then Ps3 will be more powerful. But I speculate Ps3 now has a better shot as the power king no matter what cause of cell technology.

Check these sites out. The PS3 with use cell Techonoly which Is faster than the Deep blue computer " which beat a chesschampion in chess" And Use XDR Ram which is the fastest ram there is now.

Agreed.

And the XBox Next will probably be released first so that M$ can copy Sony's last generation strategy... "snatch the market before your competition arrive on the race tracks." But I doubt that'll do them anygood... if anything, it'll probably just get them a million or two consoles lead ahead of PS3.
