Thread: SOUND SYSTEM!!!!!

  1. SOUND SYSTEM!!!!!

How many of you have a sound system conected to your ps2? I have and i am proud to say that it massivly inproves the quality of the sound and game play even if it is only a 2.1. 300 watts of power all for 40quid this is a bargain.

I don't yet, maybe when I get a new TV and a PSX I'll think about it.

  3. I got a 5.1 surround sound system. It's pretty good, only cost me $70. The problem with it is that it doesn't have true Dolby Digital so the sequences on ZOE2 and MGS2 won't have surround. Games like Castlevania and The Sims: Bustin' Out have support for the Dolby Pro Logic II so they are Surround. Samurai Warriors has support for DPL II as well so I'm very pleased with my system. It said it was a 1200 watt system on the box.
There is nothing absolute in this world. You may sometimes be at a loss knowing that this world is unreasonable.
To break the impasse, you must hold an unshakable belief and insight as well as a certain amount of vitality.

I bought the CreativeLabs INSPIRE 5500 5.1 DIGITAL SPKR ( 51MS0000AA001 ) and I just love it. Everything sounds excellent and it's loud enough for me. It supports dolby digital and dolby pro logic I and II, basically everything you'll ever need for movies and games. This great piece of equipment was only 170 dollars, which is a great price compared to the many other sound systems available. One of the things that really makes this functional is that it's got all the cables you need in the package. You can hook it up to your computer, game system or portable music player right out of the box.
I use the system while I watch movies and play games. When I get tired of a game's sound track of something, I just hook up my portable music player, without having to unplug anything else, and I listen to my music.
