I think that FFX-3 could be a possibility, It might seem like they would be ringing the towel dry but i think it could be pulled off. From what it sounds like in the press releases for Advent Children it may be a precursor to a playable sequl to FF7 The franchise is worth too much to Square Enix. Every one knows that they could release a FF game that everyone said was crap and most of us would buy it, just because the title is Final Fantasy. Granted I never bothered with Tatics or tatics advance. I think with future FF titles you'll probally see more minute details like Individually rendered grass and a more continuious world map the transition to cg scenes will be more fluid. The PS3 has way too much power for it all to be allocated to graphics.

knowing people they probily will not make a 13 and just skip it and make 14 you know 13 is bad luck....lol.... but yea a new game would be nessasary to keep up with how they normaly do it they made a sequal and in my opinion it bombed so i hope they don't repeat there mistakes.

i swear that was the reasons why ppl liked Final Fantasy, at least from FF7 and up ayways.

I think they should keep the name Final fantasy through whenever they stop if they do. PErhaps adding small titles like advent children to their FF titles. BUt I would love to see remakes of the older FF games on PS3 with high definition capability and DD or DTS sound quality. Now that would be nice. :P But thats my opinoin.

Well the characters are all japanese and as soon as they open there mouth to speak and you hear this cockney accent its like *reach for the power button*

Apart from the cockney accents it's a fairly decent game. Why they put in those accents I'll never know.....

Yeah, I read that 13 is in development, so...it's gonna happen. Anyone who believes that they'd nix the final fantasy series, as profitable, and integral it is to gaming itself...is an idiot. Plain and simple. But I definitely look forward to 12. Woohoo! They're really changing up the formula, pushing things. Change is good in games, you gotta remember, cuz it's stagnancy that hurts us the most, and we start playing the same rehashed garbage over and over...gotta challenge new ideas, guys!
