hm. well, it doesn't look like it reveals the 'revolutionary' aspect of the controller. and besides, that's not even what the controller will look like, just a diagram of how this microphone/speaker/video/whatever 'expansion' would work.

The assignee is not Nintendo but Nyko.

Nyko Technologies is a manufacturer and retailer of accessories for all consoles. Basically, this is just a 3rd party controller.
