What is happening with that game?
NNOW reps. try to interview miyamoto, and if you do get that privilage then bombard him with questions about this game, and next-gen games
Relax, they did not show any Revolution games, they just mentioned a few.
If Mario 128 is for GC I'm surprise they did not show it together with all those other Mario games, but perhaps they want to surprise us, you never know.![]()
so what do you know which we don't? let me guess that nds disc you got from nintendo has revolution stuff on it? there was a secret meeting which NNOW was invited to? or you saw the show floor and revolution games are on display???
what do you know???!!!
PIPE DOWN!!!
We know exactly what you know but we open our eyes and ears and listen to everything that EVERYONE ( ie. points at Aeris) had to say about the Nintendo Revolution over the last month or so. This is simply the beginning so dont lose your head over just seeing the system (which is L337 compared to PS3 and 360) maybe if we are lucky you might see more in the coming days. At least Shade has the right idea so far.
I love you, I hate you. Will you marry me? I just want to kill you.
It'll probably be on the show floor. Remember, E3 hasn't started yet people. These were the PRE-E3 confrences.
Expect the real news to come from the showfloor.
It better come. It was supposed to be there two years ago, then Myamoto said if it's not there next year, then he hasn't done his job. It wasn't there. Now if it isn't here this year, it simply isn't coming.
I was kinda expecting a lot of infomation from the pre-E3 confrences but as Koten said wait till it gets started. I hope that we can see some of the games that are in the work for the Revolution.Originally Posted by koten

Reggie: Yes. In terms of how we're going to show Mario 128, though, it's likely that we'll show it in video form more than playable. We have so many great games in playable form already.![]()
^ Yeah, they better show that game this year, three years delay would be ridicilouse, even for Nintendo, lol.
It's the 20th and still nothing
Perhaps today then?
^Lets all hope... for reggies sake. I could see an army of fanboys tackling him to the ground demanding the rev and mario 128...
I got the impression from Miyamoto's IGN interview, and Reggie's conference, that 128 (if it will even be called that) has moved to Revolution. And I think we can safely say that Nintendo's not going to give anymore Revolution information, so we'll just have to wait until next year. Or the one in a million possibility Nintendo brings Spaceworld back from the dead.
I'm excited about the revolution, but I'm at the point where I could care less about Mario 128. At least with games delayed as long as Ocarina of Time or Geist (sp?), or Starcraft: Ghost... you could watch it progress along the way. Hard to jump on the hype bandwagon of a game that's probably STILL in the preliminary stages of development.
Miyamoto said that he was still testing some stuff out. I guess because hes spent so much time on it, he doesnt want anyone to be disapointed. Thus, hes making it perfect. Understandable, especially since he's the guy who said "a rushed game is bad forever, but a delayed game will always be a classic" (or something...)
If they have said that it will be shown and/or playable then someone go interveiw someone (miyamoto or reggie) and get some answers why they have lied. lay down a massive guilt trip and get em to show it to us!!!
Just wait. IMO, a new Zelda game is better than Mario anyways.
ya in the IGN interview he said they have been doin a lot of tests so apparently he thought he would have found something he liked but hasn't.

Mario 128 will probably not be a GCN title despite what Nintendo has said. I hope they launch it near launch time for Revolution time though. In that interview with Shiggy on IGN, it seemed like Nintendo wasn't even sure of what to do with Mario 128 yet.
I could get my hands on a proper sequel to Mario 64 I'd give up Zelda for life. Mario 128 was really the only game that I cared about that was (supposed) to be shown at E3. That's two years in a row now.
