Mario DunkShot???

GameCube Heaven reports that GameFront.De reports

that Nintendo has filed for the trademark Mario Dunkshot, which by the sounds of it, could be a baseketball game, starring Mario and the crew. We have no idea what system the game could be planned for, and Nintendo has made no comment to confirm the game.

They should just steal the NBA Street V3 style and make it a pure Nintendo game and add some mini-games.

Well, that explains it. It is a trademark in the Japanese Patent office. From what GameFront.de said, this game may take parts from an earlier game named Super Dunkshot. Super Dunkshot is a game for the SNES gaming system and was created back in the day by Hal.

That would make 2 new baseball games for the Gamecube if the game is actually for the gamecube. I wonder who will develop it, I bet Camelot since they work on Mario Tennis and Mario Golf.
