    6 Gameboy Advance 341 399 4,762
    7 Xbox 245 295 3,840

Software wise Nintendo takes spots 2 - 4 while the rest is dominated by PS2.

Hardware wise it looks like the DS just can't hold on anymore as the PSP continues to grow. Combining all Nintendo hardware however improves the situation. Yet funny to see PSP's selling but no games what so ever on the list.

It's the PS2 all over again. Like I've been saying.

When the PS2 launched in japan, no games sold very well at all. In fact, some big names were reportedly flops. However, a huge increase in DVD sales was reported, some 400% increase.

  3. Nintendo needs a major player to turn the tables for the DS.
"A-I-D-A. Attention, Interest, Decision, Action. Attention - Do I have your attention? Interest - Are you interested? I know you are, because it's fuck or walk. You close or you hit the bricks. Decision - Have you made your decision for Christ? And Action." (Alec Baldwin in Glengarry Glen Ross)
