I'm excited about this, but I wouldn't even buy this game from a bargain bin. I hate sport games, I always have, and I probobly always will. But still, it's nice to see Nintendo being somewhat mainstream. I'm sure most of the above posters share my opinion (most of it, at least.) No reason to call people fanboys.

i liked 1080 and waverace but baseball is a hard sport to make a realistic video game. they've pretty much all been crap. well lets see how they go then shall we?

It's not really surprising that Nintendo will be doing a realistic baseball game considering they own Seattle Mariners. - So don't expect Nintendo to start making other licensed sport games like FIFA, NBA or whatever just yet.

I wonder if this means Nintendo we'll be adding some bonuses for playing as Seattle Mariners in the game?

Oh well, it does not mather for me, like Phoenixphire7 I basiclly hate everything sport - except golf...
