Microsofts presidant is watching the handheld war Carefully. Rumor has it if Nintendo Fares really well with the DS. And sells around 10 Million Units Before 2005. Due to the fact that Gates says Nintendo & Microsoft are both about just as powerfull as eachother he wants to see how Nintendo fares against Sony.

Gates has stated he had no interest in entering the handheld arena.

Won't happen until:
A) The main system makes uberprofits
B) There's a gap in the "handheld wars"
I see "A" happening, but "B" is very unlikely with 3 major players on the market today (GBA, DS and PSP). Plus, if it were only as powerful as an Xbox in 2008, it'd be pretty weak, considering the PSP is just a step below the PS2 in late 2004.
