When I read the title and then your post I thought "Viper must be on crack...", then I clicked it and yeah, it looks surprisingly nice.

Seeing it in person really gives an even better impression. The metal flake (which all the 3DS colors have) on the purple really stood out which gave it an appropriate 3D look.
