Are D3adcell, Hylian Advocate/Ringo, and I the only people who bought this?
I have never played an MMO before, but I did waste hundreds (plural, sad face) of hours playing Sacred 2 which was sort of like a mini-mmo, minus the massive part. I am enjoying it so far.I feel like it is breaking my morals to play an MMO knowing that I will renew and pay money for a game I already paid for... but... it's fun!
Also, my character is extremely pretty and I have a crush on her. *SWOON*

As I posted in the sales thread... I am interested in this game... not for the MMORPG aspects, but for single player story content and combat stuff and player progression. But I am time-impaired currently, so... I won't be getting it any time soon, especially since I bought Persona 3 Portable yesterday^^

I just came in here to say im really really jealous. I wish they made this a console MMO also. Bioware are awesome!
I don't think it's bisexual.... I think it's just I know what I find to be good-looking, either in boys and in girls. I'm sure Noah gets sick of me saying how pretty girls are and hot guys are all the time... but dang, there are so many good-looking people in the world.
.....And so many good-looking characters in video games. BUT SERIOUSLY I think my Jedi girl is like so freaking pretty, I can't get over it. Seriously... if you saw her during a cut-scene..............
AC!D, why console? No PC that will run it or just hate PC games? Noah calls me a PC snob because I am very resistant to PC games and I said for the longest time that I thought SWTOR would be cool but I hate playing games on a PC. And for like the first 2 hours or so, I couldn't decide if I liked it or not because playing a game on a laptop is NOT like sitting in front of my big TV with a controller in hand, but now I admit I was wrong and it is fun. I prefer having a controller in my hand, but I can accept that this game might be a pain in the butt to have on a console because there are so many controls.
Also, I feel very very very spoiled from XBL. I expect that everything should have voice chat and so it's crappy to have to be on Skype with Noah & Jordan and then not have our 4th random group member be voice chatting with us. It's so much easier to just invite a new person to a party on XBL when you meet them in game. Boo!
Also... (another one) the group conversations in this game are so cool! I think what's most fun about it (although I feel sad when I lose the roll and don't get to see my character talk) is that, like a real life conversation, it is so unpredictable what other people in your group will pick to say and then who's character will get picked to respond.. so unlike in a normal RPG where you are controlling your dialogue and the game is set to respond a certain way, in a group conversation, sometimes what you want to happen is not what will happen and you feel less in control and so it feels more real. Sometimes you are mad at what the other person picked who got to be the person who responds, haha.

Argueing over the internet is like competing in the Special Olympics...Even if you win you are still fucking retarded
SHE HAS A PENIS!?- Carlos
I could probably send it to the TV via HDMI but then I would have to be sitting with a USB keyboard in my lap anyway... meh, it's just not that same. I've accepted PC gaming for now. About to sign on actually........
Also, I started a Sith Warrior and apparently I'm too much of an asshole when I'm playing as an evil person and every NPC has commented on what an immature jerk I am. Oops.
you could have a little table to sit your keyboard onbut I agree, I prefer my console, graphics may not be as good (though in my case my 9600 512 GT ain't great) but holding a controller and playing through my TV chilling with a beer is too good, that and I just bought a comfy gaming chair with speakers in it, just wouldn't be right on PC. I'm eagerly awaiting the next gen of consoles to hit the PC graphics level again.
I play a lot of PC games on my TV, actually... most current console ports actually allow for good gamepad inputs (as most support XInput with 360 gamepad which is easily simulated with a DS3). Though, Bioware of all, opt out of this on PC. None of their console/pc games (i.e. Mass Effect and Dragon Age) support gamepads on PC. Why in the hell they do that I can't tell. I'd much rather play ME3 on my TV (with full resolution etc.) than on my (albeit very good) PC LCD, as 40'' is 17 better than 23''.

Hah my HDTV is 1. Too old to display PC unless HDMi out 2. It's small enough to be pointless transfer. 24" LCD monitor > 26" TV. Looking at them now there's virtually no difference... Makes me sad.
