  3. Awesome ^_^ Worth it for the energy of it alone!

Disappointed by the 'PARTIAL nudity' at the beginning though

day 1? really? i absolutely hate the looks of this. to me, this game represents all that is wrong with this industry at the moment. Journey gave me hope, this game just makes me nervous again

Don't get why you think this but to each his own. I am not looking for this game to take me on a spiritual quest of self-reflection, I do expect it to be fun. Love Suda51 and his games so yes, for me it's a day 1.

  15. What a close minded post that was gribble. It is important for devs to stick to what they know best and go with their natural creative instincts. Thinking doing this or that is what is wrong with the industry is ridiculous. And who are you to make that call anyway. Not every game has to be cod or journey or whatever people like and think that's what all games should be. Bugger off with your one state mind, this is a creative industry.

I finally have a laptop setup where I can play as comfortably as console, so I'll probably get this on a Steam sale. Looks like great fun for about ~£15.

have i missed something? is there more to this than that video above because it just looked like every other hack and slash game, albeit with sparkles instead of blood. perhaps i should have followed this game longer and perhaps there IS more to it than that video above ... i don't know. i'm just bored stiff of this sort of game. i don't want every game to have a spiritual heart like Journey, i just want games to try new things. to each their own though, as you rightly pointed out. 'bugger off' though ... that was hurtful, Masteratt.

There is always more to Suda 51 games than it seems, which is partially why I like his games. In this case the game was inspired by "Buffy" and old school horror flicks which I have a soft spot for. I can see how on the surface it might appear like a shallow attempt to cash in on the zombie fad but Suda is never really the one to copy. He tends to very much have his own style that is very recognizable and unique.

I need a demo first. While im sold on the Buffy the Zombie Slayer concept and the humour thats been carried over from Shadows of the Damned im not quite sold on the gameplay yet.
