Google Chrome not showing some images

This has been happening for a little over a week. Sometimes Google Chrome won't show images that people post. This is specifically happening a lot when I visit LiveJournal and also when I check threads on forums. I have my settings to show all images, so I don't understand what's happening. I don't remember doing something specific before the problem began to occur. It seems to be random images but I think many of them (maybe all) might be from Facebook image URLs, which means it shows in Facebook or when the image URL in in my address bar, but not when it's embedded on a page. For example, when I first posted my Luigi picture, it was from Facebook but it didn't show up for me, so I uploaded it somewhere else. The images shows when I view the pages in Firefox.

    Help?

You can also try making sure that Chrome is up to date.
Make sure you have the latest JRE.
Clear entire browsing history (cache may be conflicting).

I was having the same problems and uninstalling chrome and reinstalling fixed it. Might want to give it a try.

I think it may only have been FB pictures and that it was because of an extension that stops facebook from tracking you. I disabled the plug-in and now I think I fixed the problem.
