There have been rumors circulating lately that the PS3 version of Call of Duty: Black Ops will not feature regional matchmaking or online/offline split screen. COD: Black Ops game design director David Vanderhaar recently made a twitter post clarifying the situation:
"People are driving me crazy? PS3 has both regional matchmaking and offline and online split-screen."
