Crashed 3 or 4 times on me, complete freezes. Crashing on console is never a hot look. Not a Fallout 3 level of suckyness, but not good.

Clean out your PS3 because it might not be the game. Spiderman started cfreezing 2 or 3 times right before my PS3 broke

It never crashed here. It wouldn't be all that surprising considering they remade both games in 15 weeks though, but I didn't really experience any port bugs.

Not sure it's the console, played God of War 1 Redux right through right before, no crashes, no issues.

But I'm kinda worried now. Gawd knows where I'd get another 60GB Launch PS3.

I havent played my GOW collection yet so i dont actually know BanhNZ. Maybe others could share their experiences. It just strikes as odd that a PS2 game will freeze your PS3 since this is the first im hearing of any issues with the GOW collection on PS3.

So are you confirming that GOW2 in the collection has issues or just making a general statement?

No, just general. I haven't played it yet... but I also had lock ups on PS2 in GoW2... it's not uncommon. It shouldn't happen, though.

Yah, the lockups from the PS2 version followed to the PS3 redux I imagine. Could have fixed them naughty Sony.

Not a biggie though. Didn't spoil my enjoyment of the game.

In fact, the infinite red orbs bug from GOW1 is still in the Collection version. They just ported the games as they were.

I've just got £30+ or so for selling the PS2 versions of those 2 games, looks like that money will go straight back into the same games lol.
I might not buy it though, not sure yet, however if it comes with The Last Guardian demo as suggested above I will for sure.
