I loved the first one. I would love to play this one on 3DS. Will the old DS games be backwards compatible with 3DS or not?

I believe so, yes. But don't quote me on that.

This is freakin' awesome, I played roughly around 40% through on PS2 version then lend it to friend and forgot to ask for it back lol (fail) and in long term, this was probably why, as the touch screen should make it an even awesome-er experience. Very cool.

100% backwards compatible will all DS and DSi games (a couple of games are DSi only because the older DS models didn't have a camera).
