Yikes.... No, I would not be willing to throw down $10 a month for that when I've already got cable that gets that for free.

I love Hulu but being used to paying, well, nothing for the service online really makes a $10 price tag hard to swallow. If the shows are available the same day as air and stay around indefinetly then maybe this is justifiable.

Rumor was true, $10 to get HD full season runs of shows from FOX, NBC, and ABC. It's coming soon to multiple platforms such as iPads, iphones, samsung blu-ray players and PS3. and in 2011 for Xbox 360 and other Blu-ray players and TVs.

For now you have to get a invite from here.

Requires PlayStation Plus membership during the Hulu Plus preview period.......

  9. What's the incentive here? Hulu is a free click away on my compy.

There's a special kind of nerd though, who thinks computers will overtake mankind in thirty years, changing humanity in ways incomprehensible to us now, ignoring the third of the world without electricity. It gives spiritual significance to technology developed primarily for entertainment and warfare and gives nerds something to obsess over that isn't the crushing vacuousness of their lives.

Hulu + Netflix >>>> cable. I don't think ya'll realizing that the combination of both would make owning cable obsolete and it'd actually be considerably less money and even more convenient, since HDR have storage limitations and cost extra for equipment and Nulu-flix+ you watch shows/movies whenever you want anywayz, rather than having to set your dvr to catch them or watching at reg. scheduled times if you don't have DVR.

Only potential downside I see is just how fast will hulu get the tv shows. I hear it's either same day or very next day after original air, so that's really not a big deal if the majority of shows stay on that level.
