Shenmue 3 for the cube...

AM2 is working on all three consoles right now, so anything is possible.

It's mainly a fighting game.

Based around martial arts.

It's a life simulator as you may say.

Yeah, it's a game where you can almost interact with anything you see. I haven't seen any news on a 3rd game, but it would be awesome if it were to appear on the Gamecube.

you can scratch a gamecube version... the lead programmer / designer said it was an XBOX only and will stay that way

sorta like what capcom did with RE for GC.

IMO Shunmue is a very boring game.....

Joop: Thats Shen Mue II. MS owns the rights for SHenMue II in the US anyways. But not III. III isn't announced for any system yet.

uhkuc.. shenmue 2 is going to sell mad money and make microsoft happy, you don't think they will shed out millions to keep the 3rd one exclusive also?

Shenmue 2 is going to be great for the Xbox. I would like it to go multiplatform, but I doubt it will.

I thought it was planned, but cancelled it because of Sega's demise in the console war.

The game was never canceled, MS bought the rights to the US version 2 months before the games release (Talk about pissing off Sega fans!!!)

But there were two versions released outside of the US, the Original Japanese version, and the English Subtitled European version. Luckily enough, DC supports both PAL & NSTC, and with a Utopia boot disc (which is free and floating around anywhere on the net) you can load up this game with no problems.

I never got to play shenume. Why? Caus nobody i knew bought a dreamcast. I wish i did though.

Anyway i hope it comes out. Got great reviews. Is tojam and earl multiplatform!?
