Super Mario Brothers the movie (in surround sound!)

well then i just saw the movie and have to say its not as bad as everyone says it is but its not great....my score...

An 7.5 overall its nice, but the koopas, bowser, and such dont look anything like the games....any comments on the movie?

I think the only thing in that movie that even resembled Mario Bros was the Bobomb...

I believe i remember it in the movie theater and i saw it on Starz and they show movies from the big screen so those are two reasons

Where and why did they get some of this stuff??
Sometimes it makes more sence to make the movie with the same elements that made the game so popular...I'm not sure but I have a feeling I never saw any prostitutes in any of the mario games...well maybe in SMRPG...

I actually haevn't ever seen the movie. I have seen it in movie stores bet i never rented it. I guess I figured it would make a lame movie or something.

I thought it was kinda stupid. Mario was too fat and out of shape and Luigi was like an Italian N'Sync member.

Yoshi wasn't even green, and he was like a foot tall. "Bowser" had a freakin blonde spiked hair cut, and the Goombas looked like clones of Beetlejuice when he had his head shrunk.

It was entertaining though, just shouldn't have been based on Mario.
