Turok has been one of the best games around I mean who can deny that they didn't have fun playing Turok for me it has been the best M game for Nintendo keeping us from being called kiddie until Duke Nukeum and Perfect Dark came. it has always been more than a first person shooter but a adventure game it was one of the firsrt waves of M action on nintendonow with evolution in the making what should be it's new direction? If you think of Turok as an adventure then I think it would have been better if it was 3rd person perspective. Jumping was work! I like to concentrate more shooting if it was FPS and more on action if it was 3rd person.
I think they should make it jump by it self, like in Zelda.
The first "Turok: Dinosaur Hunter" ruled. "Seeds of Evil" was also a good game."Shadow of Oblivion" was also good, but the city setting and the poor effects from shooting your enemies mad it fall short of the first two. I never played "Rage Wars".
you didn't!!!! Awwww rage wars was the best multiplayer Turok game evr but the levels needed to be bigger. Also in the main game they cheat you because there is no way to kill that monkey without losing the mission....rrrrr.
I hated Rage wars! It was ****. The levels was smaller than my dog. And the replay ability was 0/10. Once you played one levels, you had played em all! They was crap.
Turok is by far one of the top 5 FPS'ers to ever come out and will always be in that top holding category.
I still can't even beat Turok 2, I've had it since it was first released, the levels are just huuuuuuge! and the levels also get very difficult as the game progresses.
Which keeps you coming back for more.
To me turok 1 was the best of them all. Turok 2 was to short and rage wars kind of sucked. I really enjoyed the first one though. It was almost like they just stopped trying to make it better. With the gc's power turok should be at least 3 times better than 1. If they mak it more like 1 with a kick ass multiplayer than that might even surpass pd, u never know. Ya, auto jumping would definently help, falling short of that distant pillar got really annoying. U know wut i mean?
