Sounds like the title theme. Go to options and sound check.

I just relized you have imported. On the title sceen, There should be at least 3 chioces. It most likely says

Main Game(1 player)
Multiplayer
Options

Select the one that has lots of text in the next screen. Then highlight the text that takes you to a/some number/s. Thats the sound check. Or maybe it needs to be unlocked
