If only the guards in CI Defense didn't have shields. Anyways, are sure the walkthroughs don't help because the walkthrough at Perfectlydark.com helped me heaps on that mission on Perfect Agent. I can't really help you with Attack Ship since i'm not the one that beat it so ask someone else or ask Chindar. He should be a bigger help.

The trick for CI Defense (Level 7) is the order. The order I do things is the following: First go and get the defense turrets online then head to the top floor. When you get to the top floor rescue all four agents and then take the Devastator in the Information Lab and go to Carrington's office. Once inside the office launch a wall hugger to the safe and then step back. After completing that mission you then go downstairs. You will probably meet up with some annoying opposition of Blondes and Shielded Guards. After dispatching them with the remaining Devastator ammo you go down and disable the bomb before it is activated. Then all you have left is to open the door of the holo room and then go to the gun range. Once you get the RCP-120 just run down to the dropship area while Carrington talks for a while and you have a pretty good chance of beating it.

Now for Attack Ship (Level 8) you will have to get pretty good with the mauler. When you first start out, hesitate long enough for the Skedar on the lower level not to see you. Then throw the knife and hit the other Skedar. After the poison does its magic grab the mauler and charge up. Then whip around the corner getting a direct headshot on the other Skedar. Pick up his ammo and then destroy the three shield generators. Then go down the elevator... you should have about two shots on your mauler. Once you get to the bottom run just far enough to alert the Skedar on the farthest side and then run back around the corner after the elevator. Once it comes around the corner head shot it witht eh charge up and then wait for the other guard to walk accross your range and get an easy kill. Pick up all the ammo you can and then go to the other elevator. Go up and shoot the Skedar there and hit the switch. Then go back down and Elvis should be there. Stay in safety and then go and pick up all the ammo after the Maian Warriors have cleaned up. Then go up the elevator and keep the mauler handy for the next few guys. After getting to Navigation just head for the Power System Area. After a long drawn out battle with sniping with the mauler and AR-34 you shoudl have the area cleared. Then destroy the two connection sections and run like hell. Head up after all that to the bridge. Once you get to the bridge strafe all the way to the left or right. Then slowly snipe off the three Skedar. Make sure to pick up the double maulers and then you have victory in your sights. If you loose a lot of health early your chances will be highly decreased.
