    What should I do?

    I know i posted a similar post a while back, but this one doesn't include a poll and has updates.

    I now have 300$, just enough for a playstation system.
    I will work untill the end of summer and make another 100$-160$
    My birthday is on october 3rd, and i hope to have about 200-250$
    i wouldnt mind waiting for christmas for money or games

    should I

    1. Buy a ps2 and a few games, then save for a gamecube.

    2. Buy a gameboy advanced and then save for a gamecube

    3. save all my money for gamecube

    4.save all my money for x-box

    5.buy only computor games

    Keep in mind i would like to have a new system soon, my last one i bought over a year ago(dreamcast). Also, the only reason i want ps2 is for twisted metal black, red faction, and tekken tag. I will get a gamecube but should i risk not having enough at launch?

    whatever you do, do not get the ps2, the price is about to drop anytime now, wait it out, there is just not enough good games for the ps2 to justify $300 for the system

    put it in a saving account with a high yeild earnings and wait till the fall

    Screw all the others and just get a GameCube. You'll probably find that there are enough good games to eat up all your cash.

    I'd say wait for the GCN. See what happens with the GBA as it may come out with some stuff you like.

    Save for a GameCube and use the rest of the money for games or buy a Ps2 and then a GameCube.

    I would personally buy a GameCube, but since you want a new console soon I would buy a Ps2then save for a GameCube.
