Last November Nintendo released its pint sized N64-based iQue to select Chinese markets and now the hand held behemoth GBA is getting a welcome too.
WarioWare is believed to be the first available title with the game and unit retailing for about $85.00 USD as a package.
With Chinese media and electronics gaining better sales than ever and the Chinese government cracking down on Chinas overwhelming piracy problem, Game console companies are starting to see a possible profit from the Chinese market. Nintendo took the charge by releasing iQue in November and was followed by a very rocky release of Sonys Playstation 2.
Nintendo president Satoru Iwata believes China is a major priority and hopes to fully enter the worlds largest market with all Nintendo hardware and software in just a few years.
If Nintendo can advertise properly, I think they will succeed.
Proud 1993 JDM WRX owner!
Yeah I agree, as long as more people in China can get money.
