got an email from my little bro in oz-land,
he says a guy in his class says that he has a `copy of halo2 from america`.
of course, first thing i thought of this was `bulllshit` for many reasons.
a) US games wouldnt work on a PAL xbox unless its chipped
b)Halo2 isnt out in america [as far as i know, and i think id know if it was]
c)the kids 14yo, hes gotta be lying.
of course my little brother doesnt believe him either BUT my bro`s friend [who is a very trustworthy kid] said he had been to this guys house and actually played it.
like, i cant imagine this to be true but is it even possible? lie, have ANY copies of Halo2 been spread anywhere? like, its not even up to Beta Copies yet, isnt it?
the best thing i can think of [appart from his bullshitting] is that maybe he got it from hong kong or one of those magical illegal countries.
what do you all reckon?
afterthought: maybe he bought it off ebay![]()

It's a big, fat, stupid lie. No copies have been distributed. At all.
I AM IGNORANT BECAUSE I LIKE BASKETBALL
There was a US-wide Halo 2 online beta test that ended a little bit ago, but it was all MS employees and they had to return their copies of the game. There's also all the NDA's, too.
yes he's lying
