A World of Keflings is the sequel to the city building game Kingdom of Keflings, which was released on XBLA back in 2008, bringing with it some welcomed improvements that allow for a more smoother experience. It's much of the same from what you got out of the original Keflings game, but if you enjoyed that game then you're likely to renew some of that enjoyment in this sequel. The game is also great for newcomers to the Kefling world, as it is its own game and has no real connection to the previous title.

Call of Duty: Black Ops has now made its way onto consoles, and just like last year's Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, a line-up of accessories see release alongside the game's release. The release of Sonic Adventures on XBLA and PSN, marked the beginning of Dreamcast classics being re-released onto a digital format, offering fans another chance at reliving memories of games that were released on SEGA's last home console. Continuing with the Dreamcast releases, Crazy Taxi is now geared up for another showing, making its XBLA and PSN debut. However, just like Sonic Adventures lack of a higher aspect ratio, Crazy Taxi's transition to digital download comes with it's own share of mishaps. It's not something that takes away from the fun, addictive gameplay that the game has been known for, but a part of that "nostalgia" is broken.

Back in my youth and teen years, I was really into trading card games and one of them was Yu-Gi-Oh. Been a fan of the original Anime that first aired in the states, and it wasn't hard for me to get into the show's trading card game. Fast forward to now, and I no longer collect cards or enter into any duels. Though my interest in the game is still there. With Yu-Gi-Oh making the transition to video games, I can now play the trading card game I enjoyed in my teen years without the need to go out and buy cards. I'm not too big on the Yu-Gi-Oh game franchise but I've been looking forward to the release of Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Decade Duels. Mainly cause it's the core Yu-Gi-Oh card game, but with online features and without the storyline.

It's that time of the year again when all the big names begin to make their long-awaited release. It also means the time when the next Call of Duty makes it's long-awaited debut. This time it's Treyarch's turn as they release Call of Duty: Black Ops. With the huge success of Modern Warfare 2 last year, there's some big shoes to fill. In a nutshell, Black Ops sticks to the traditional formula and what you get is more of what you're used to. That being said, the developers still managed to throw in a couple surprises, making Black Ops one of the best the series has to offer.

The Fable series is back once again on the Xbox 360 bringing it's third installment and second appearance to the Xbox 360 console. I'm a big fan of the Fable franchise, regardless of all the shortcomings that the game tends to have. With Fable III, the series goes more mainstream boasting a new interface(or lack thereof), a more friendlier combat system, and an overall fairly easy difficulty. However, all the usual elements that have made Fable games such a joy to play make a return, and this game feels much like any other Fable game. Even with the many changes, I found myself still having a great time in Albion.

Sonic goes back to his 2-D roots with the release of Sonic The Hedgehog 4: Episode 1 for all console downloading platforms. As you can tell from the name, this is a direct sequel to the classic 2-D Sonic games that saw release on the SEGA Genesis. As a means to recapture that core essence that made the blue hedgehog such an icon in the past, Sonic sports a similar look and feel. Is it enough though to bring back long-time Sonic fans who have been disappointed with the latest 3-D games, or is this another flop to add in with the others.

The hit RPG first-person shooter game by Gearbox Software is once again given some extended life thanks to a new DLC release. This fourth release in DLC is titled, Claptrap's New Robot Revolution. As you can tell from the name, this DLC will be more focused on Claptraps. Just like the DLC before it, you'll be getting the usual content of more quests, new characters, and more loot.

Well I sure underwent an interesting transition from one game to another. Played through Kirby's Epic Yarn, and soon after, I checked out Super Meat Boy. Both games can be looked at as complete polar opposites of each other. Similarities between the two mainly fall with both being in the platforming genre and sporting nice visual styles and music. Super Meat Boy, however, is a game that is HARD and you will most certainly DIE, again and again and again. Frustrating as it was, Super Meat Boy is, like another SMB game, could possibly be one of the best platformers I've ever played.
