Check To See If You're A 3DS Ambassador

So you bought a 3DS and got it online before the deadline, but are not sure if you qualified for the Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program? Well, Nintendo has recently set up a page that will help you know if you are eligible for the Ambassador Program.

Just go to the linked site page and input your 3DS serial number and it should determine your eligibility shortly after.

Currently, there seems to be a strange error going on with the eligibility tool. The instructions tell you to provide the last serial number that's included in the box. For me, doing so, caused the tool to tell me that I was ineligible for the 3DS Ambassador Program. However, I am quite positive that I've met all requirements before the deadline. Sure enough, inputting the same serial numbers again, but this time excluding the last number inside the box, caused the tool to confirm that I was in the 3DS Ambassador Program.

So it's still a bit finicky. If you're one who believes that they did meet all requirements for the 3DS Ambassador Program before the deadline, then go ahead and check the tool out. I'd recommend not inputting the last number in the box if you do get an ineligibility message after including all numbers.

The Nintendo 3DS Ambassador Program goes into effect on September 1.
