well the gamecube will be able to play CDs so you can listen to music.But the DVD will not work on it.

Okay. I don't know about the music C.D.'s, but there will be two versions of the gamecube. One will be released by Nintendo and will be strictly for games. Another will be released by Panasonic that will play both games and DVD's. They will be released at the same time but the Panasonic version will be more expensive. As for cordless controllers, they are making them, it's called wave bird, or something close to that. I'm sure that gameshark will capitolize on gamecubes popularity.

I think the controllers will be cordless.
